I was a PT working Mom for many years and amongst other things I beat myself up for all the 'little' things I missed at home. Well, now, I get to be the SAHM and just like you said, I think I work longer, harder and more stressfully than I EVER did working outside the home, and the kicker?? Everything thinks that because you are home all day (not!) that you have all the time in the world to help them out, babysit, run errands for them and so on. Really gripes me! However, I would not give up this job or the pay (or lack thereof) for anything right now!!
